Factory Registration Certificate:
Registration of Factory is mandatory under the Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Factories Act, 2013. Factory once established must be registered with Directorate of Labour.
Shops & Establishment Certificate:
Every establishment, other than one man shop, as hereinafter defined, and factories employing clerical staff within the factory premises, shall be registered with the Deputy Chief Inspector for the area within which such establishment is situated.
Weights & Measure Certificate:
To implement Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Standard Weights & Measures Enforcement Act, 2976 (Amended in 2012) and the Rules made thereunder to verify all commercial Weights & Measures, Weighing instruments and measuring instruments.
Registration of Trade Unions & Associations:
Registration of Trade Unions of Workers and Trade Unions of Employers in form of Unions of Workers, Association of Employers and Association of Workers etc.
Workers Facilitation Desk:
Free of cost facilitation desk for workers throughout Khyber Pakhtunkhwa.
