Factory Registration Certificate:

To register a factory the establishment must provide the necessary documents to the area inspector who after verification will forward the same to Chief Inspector of factories for registration.

Shops & Establishment Registration Certificate:

1. Every establishment, other than one man shop, as hereinafter defined, and factories employing clerical staff within the factory premises, shall be registered with the Deputy Chief Inspector for the area within which such establishment is situated.
2. An application for registration of an establishment shall be made by the employer in Form-A and shall be accompanied by a Treasury Challan for an amount to be prescribed as registration fee under the relevant head of account.

Weights & Measure Certificate:

The area inspectors of Weights & Measures Cell issues the certificate of verification and receipt certificate after verification at their respective field offices or the Establishments of the concerned owners/manager.

Registration of Trade Unions & Associations:

1. Application for Registration alon with documents as per section 5,6 and 7 of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Industrial Relation Act, 2010.
2. Scrutiny of documents.
3. Inquiry (If and when documents are complete in all respects as per law)
4. Approval / Rejection.

Workers Facilitation Desk:

Directorate of Labour nominated its Officers / Officials in its Headquarter as well as in districts offices as Workers Facilitation Officers to facilitate general public and workers in terms of services and grievances.
